License and acceptable use

Digify grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. Users must not interfere with the game or its services, bypass security or purchase controls, exploit defects, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, or use the game to violate another person’s rights.

Purchases, virtual currency, and subscriptions

Purchases are billed and administered by Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and taxes are shown by the store before confirmation. Refunds are governed by the store’s rules and applicable law.

Rodeo Club is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. It renews unless cancelled through the store account before the end of the current billing period. Deleting the game does not cancel a subscription. Club access continues only while the store reports an active entitlement.

No Ads permanently removes forced interstitial ads for the purchasing store account after successful purchase or restoration. Optional rewarded ads may remain available. Virtual coins and other digital items have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are licensed only for use inside Chaotic Rodeo. Consumable coin packs are delivered once per completed store transaction.

Availability and changes

We may update, balance, repair, suspend, or discontinue game features where reasonably necessary. Online services, advertising inventory, and store services may be unavailable or change without notice. We will not intentionally remove paid entitlements without providing an appropriate remedy required by law.

Intellectual property

Chaotic Rodeo and its original software, artwork, names, and designs are owned by or licensed to Digify OÜ. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Disclaimers and liability

The game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Digify does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digify is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
