Playing and saving
Digify OÜ, Estonia (“Digify”, “we”), provides SlimeBop. Contact us about the game or your information at info@digify.ee. This policy covers the game and the pages under digify.ee/games/slimebop/.
No SlimeBop account is required. Progress, coins, equipment, buildings, research, settings, purchase ownership and reward-delivery records are saved on your device. We do not operate a game-progress cloud-save service. Your device backup service may keep copies according to your settings.
Purchases
The Apple App Store handles iPhone payments; Google Play handles Android payments when that version is available. Unity In-App Purchasing connects the game to the store to retrieve local prices, receive purchase results and restore ownership. The store and purchasing software process product identifiers, order or transaction identifiers, purchase receipts, price and currency, and purchase status. We do not receive your payment-card details from the game.
Ad Free and the Suds Tank are permanent, non-consumable purchases. Ad Free removes automatic ads; optional rewarded ads remain available. Restoring purchases can recreate local ownership records. It does not restore lost levels or coins. Your store account is covered by Apple’s privacy policy or Google’s privacy policy, depending on the store you use.
Advertising and your choices
The mobile release integrates Unity LevelPlay mediation, ironSource Ads and Google AdMob. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents advertising choices where required. Available advertising and providers may depend on release status, region and consent.
Advertising services may process IP addresses and approximate location, device and app identifiers, device and operating-system information, ad impressions and interactions, consent choices and diagnostics. They use this information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. Personalised advertising depends on applicable choices and permissions.
Read Unity's player privacy policy, Google's partner-app privacy information and Google's iOS SDK disclosures for provider details.
Open Settings → Ad privacy options to review available UMP choices. Ordinary gameplay remains available if the consent system does not permit ads. Refusing personalised ads does not necessarily prevent contextual advertising or all ad-related processing. Buying Ad Free does not withdraw consent or delete provider records.
The current integration does not request Apple's tracking permission and does not use an authorised IDFA. Device privacy settings and in-game ad choices are separate. Optional usage reporting described below does not grant advertising consent.
Optional usage and crash reporting
When enabled in a supported mobile release, Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics help us understand gameplay and diagnose crashes. Collection is off by default. You can choose Settings → Usage & crash reports and change that choice later.
With permission, reports can contain patrol starts and results, level numbers, ad requests and rewards, ad revenue, purchase-flow events, app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system details, app version, crash stack traces and related diagnostics. We do not deliberately attach your name, email, a custom player ID or the contents of your saved game to these events. Analytics advertising storage, user-data sharing and ad personalisation consent remain disabled.
Turning reporting off stops future optional collection; it does not automatically delete previously received reports. Contact us for requests about data held on our behalf. See Firebase's privacy and security information for processing, retention and transfer details.
This website
These SlimeBop pages use locally hosted images, styles and video. They do not load an analytics tag, advertising pixels or third-party fonts, and do not set analytics cookies. Playing a video loads it from our website host. The host may process ordinary request logs, including IP addresses, request times and browser information, to deliver and secure the site.
Links to the Digify games directory, other games and external services lead to pages with their own data practices.
Support and reasons for processing
If you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the problem. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
Where European data-protection rules apply, we rely on performance of our agreement to provide requested gameplay and purchases; consent for optional reporting and advertising activities that require it; legitimate interests, balanced against your rights, to handle support, maintain security and prevent abuse; and legal obligations for records or disclosures required by law. Providers explain their own processing grounds in their linked policies.
Retention and deletion
Local progress remains in app storage until changed or removed. Retry or returning to the Depot does not delete it. Deleting the app and its data can remove local progress; offloading an iPhone app or restoring a device backup can preserve or restore that data. Store purchase history is retained separately by the store where you made the purchase.
Support records are kept as needed to resolve the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Service providers have their own retention schedules and may process data outside your country using the safeguards described in their policies. Ask us about a particular record or deletion request at info@digify.ee.
Your rights and contact
Depending on your location and the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before it. Email info@digify.ee; we may need enough information to find the relevant records. We cannot remotely retrieve a save that exists only on your device.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Apple, Google and Unity also provide privacy controls for information they hold independently.
Audience and changes
SlimeBop is a general-audience game and is not designed specifically for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, contact us. We may update this policy as the game and its services change. The date above identifies this version.
