You can play without creating a Slinkaroo account. Game progress is saved on your device. Optional leaderboard services, advertising services, app stores and purchase services may process information separately, as explained below.
Questions or privacy requests: info@digify.ee.
1. Who we are
Slinkaroo is provided by Digify OÜ (“Digify”, “we”, “us”), Estonia. We are responsible for personal information we process in connection with the game, this website and support enquiries. Advertising and store providers have their own responsibilities for the information they process.
2. Playing and saving your progress
The game saves your progress, records, coin balance, unlocked items, selected character and outfit, current attempt, tutorial state and preferences in application storage on your device. Local records also track purchase ownership, delivered rewards, advertising intervals, privacy status supplied by the consent system and reminder preferences. These records help the game resume correctly and avoid granting the same reward twice.
We do not provide a Digify cloud-save service or upload your saved game to a Digify game server. Device backup services may retain or restore application data according to your device and account settings. Advertising and purchase SDKs described below can still communicate with their providers.
3. Optional online leaderboards
You can choose to use Apple Game Center on iPhone or Google Play Games on Android. There is one leaderboard for each difficulty: Easy, Normal and Hard. Scores combine all game worlds, and rewarded continues count toward the achieved distance. Your best distances stay saved locally even when you are offline or do not sign in.
When you open the leaderboard feature and sign in, the platform service processes your game profile and account identifiers, the game identifier, leaderboard difficulty and score, and technical information needed to authenticate, deliver and maintain the service. The service may display your gamer name, profile image, score and ranking to other players according to your platform profile and privacy settings. Digify does not operate a leaderboard server or request your platform password, email, payment details or unrelated account files through this feature.
Use Game Center or Google Play Games profile and privacy settings to manage your platform information and leaderboard visibility. Deleting local game data does not by itself delete scores held by those services. Apple and Google describe their processing and account controls in their Apple privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Contact info@digify.ee if you need help locating the relevant controls.
4. Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play handles payment. Slinkaroo uses Unity In-App Purchasing to request product details, complete and validate purchases, deliver ownership and restore purchases. The relevant services may process product identifiers, transaction identifiers or purchase tokens, receipts, purchase status, price and currency, and technical information needed to provide or diagnose the service.
Ownership records are saved locally. Digify does not receive your payment-card details from the game. Store transaction history and account information are handled by Apple or Google under their respective Apple privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Unity explains its processing in its Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
The ad-free purchase removes automatic advertisements. Optional rewarded ads remain available by choice. Buying ad-free does not itself withdraw advertising consent or delete records already held by service providers.
5. Advertising and your choices
Slinkaroo uses Unity LevelPlay to mediate advertisements from ironSource Ads and Google AdMob. Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) manages advertising privacy information and choices where applicable.
These services may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or app identifiers, advertising identifiers where permitted, device and operating-system information, ad impressions and interactions, consent preferences, and diagnostic or performance information. Purposes include serving and measuring advertisements, personalisation where permitted, fraud prevention and operating the services. What is processed depends on the platform, region, permissions and configuration.
Provider disclosures are available in Unity’s privacy policy, including ironSource services, how Google uses information from partner apps, and Google’s SDK data disclosures for iOS and Android. These providers may share information with advertising and service partners under their policies.
Where a consent form is required, the game requests your privacy choices before requesting ads. If the consent system does not permit ad requests, advertisements remain unavailable while ordinary gameplay continues. You can reopen the available advertising privacy choices from the game’s Settings, including to change or withdraw consent.
On iOS, the European advertising-consent flow, when applicable, comes before Apple’s App Tracking Transparency request. You may choose “Ask App Not to Track” and keep playing. That choice does not trigger another Google consent form immediately afterward in the same flow. Apple’s tracking permission is separate from advertising-consent choices; neither is a blanket permission for all processing.
You can review tracking permission in iOS Settings. Android’s privacy or advertising settings provide controls for the advertising identifier, with availability and names varying by version. Rejecting personalised advertising or tracking does not necessarily disable all ads or all processing: limited or contextual advertising and activities such as fraud prevention may still be permitted.
Automatic ads appear only between attempts. Rewarded ads are optional and are used for an offered continue or coin reward. An ad reward is granted only when completion is confirmed; availability can vary. Changing privacy choices or declining an optional ad does not prevent you from starting another ordinary attempt.
6. Daily reminders
If you enable reminders and allow notifications, Slinkaroo schedules a local daily reminder around 19:00 in your device’s local time. Delivery depends on the operating system, notification settings and device state. The game uses the local date, time zone and your saved preference to manage the schedule.
These reminders do not use a Digify push-notification server or require us to collect a push token. Turn reminders off in the game’s Settings or change notification permission in your device settings. Notifications are optional and separate from tracking and advertising consent.
7. This website and support
The Slinkaroo presentation, privacy and support pages do not include an analytics tag, advertising pixel or embedded third-party media. Images and scripts are hosted with the website; text uses system fonts. The website host may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. Other Digify pages and external websites have their own practices; following a link opens the destination under its policies.
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you attach. We use that information to respond, investigate the problem and maintain relevant support records. Our email and hosting service providers process information to supply those services. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or information that is not needed for your enquiry.
8. Why we use information
Where European data-protection rules apply, we rely on the following grounds, as appropriate:
- Providing the service you request: operating gameplay, remembering settings and delivering or restoring purchases under our agreement with you.
- Your consent: optional notifications and advertising activities that require consent. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
- Legitimate interests: answering support enquiries, securing the website and services, and preventing abuse, subject to your rights and applicable law.
- Legal obligations: handling requests and retaining information where the law requires it.
Service providers explain the grounds for their independent processing in their own policies. Information may be processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Applicable providers describe their international-transfer arrangements and safeguards in the linked policies; contact us for information about transfers relating to records we control.
9. Keeping and deleting information
Local game data stays in application storage until removed, overwritten or replaced. Starting a new attempt does not erase permanent progress. To remove local data, use the device’s application-storage controls where available or delete the app and its data. Offloading an iOS app or restoring a backup can preserve or restore application data.
Removing local data does not delete store transaction history or information already processed by advertising providers. Restoring purchases can recreate ownership records. Use the relevant provider’s privacy controls for information it holds independently.
We retain support correspondence as needed to address the enquiry, any ongoing dispute and applicable legal obligations. Retention of hosting logs and provider records depends on their purpose and the provider’s practices. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion. We do not claim one fixed retention period for all types of information.
10. Your rights and contact
Depending on where you live and the relevant conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Where applicable, you may also opt out of targeted advertising or sale or sharing of personal information through the available advertising privacy choices and provider controls.
Contact Digify at info@digify.ee for requests about information we control. We may ask for information needed to identify the relevant records. We cannot remotely retrieve a saved game that exists only on your device. For information independently held by Apple, Google or Unity, use the contacts and privacy controls in their linked policies.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
11. Younger players and policy changes
Slinkaroo is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The game does not ask you to enter an age or date of birth. Local rules may require a parent or guardian’s involvement in privacy decisions for older teenagers as well. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the game, contact us at info@digify.ee.
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. We will provide additional notice or seek permission where required.
